Thread adhesive LC542-50
Thread sealing - medium strength. For fine threads used in hydraulic, pneumatic and general purpose installations. Fast curing.
LOCTITE® 542 is designed for securing and sealing metal pipe and pipe threaded parts. This product cures in the gap in the absence of air between closely adjacent metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leaks caused by shock and vibration. The thixotropic nature of LOCTITE 542 reduces product run-off after application to parts.
