Compressed air treatment units
Compressed air produced by a compressor contains mechanical impurities, condensate and oil vapours. Air treatment will ensure that these elements do not damage the equipment connected to your compressor. This extends the life of your pneumatic tools, valves or cylinders and avoids expensive servicing. For local compressed air treatment solutions, we offer a total of eight model series of treatment units to meet the needs of any application. These are not just traditional pressure regulators, filters and oilers, but modern local air treatment solutions that provide your compressor system with so much more! More about treatment units in the sequel.

Why choose an air handling unit for air treatment?
Air treatment units are a complete solution by combining three important components - pressure regulator, filter and oiler. All of these elements can be combined into functional assemblies depending on exactly what application you are using compressed air for and how high the demands on the quality of the produced air are.The guideline for compressed air quality is ISO 8573-1. Its quality is described in the standard by seven classes 0 to 6 and each class has a prescribed maximum content of solids, water and oil. Different purity classes are required for different applications and flow rates.

In the modular series, we also offer other building components such as shut-off valves, slow start valves, branching modules, filters with higher filtration levels, precision pressure regulators or membrane dryers. With such a wide selection, you're sure to find a product that fits your compressed air end-use needs exactly and perfectly without compromise.
