Spray Gun SGH827-14 - efficient painting with minimum air consumption

The SGH827-14 professional spray gun is the ideal choice for craftsmen, painters and more demanding DIYers who want a quality result without wasting air and material. It uses advanced LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) technology to achieve fine atomization of paint with significantly lower air consumption than conventional spray systems. This makes it an extremely economical solution for workshops where a powerful compressor is not available or where operating costs need to be reduced.

The LVLP system combines the advantages of HVLP technology and conventional guns - it allows precise and soft spraying, minimizes paint loss in the air and yet is not so demanding on air flow. This allows the gun to gently apply paint and varnish to smaller and medium-sized surfaces such as body parts, furniture, metal structures or wooden elements.

The pistol is equipped with a 600 ml nylon upper container, which is light, durable and allows comfortable handling during work. The quick coupling DN 7.2 guarantees easy connection to most common pneumatic systems. The spray width can be infinitely adjusted from 160-200 mm, and the ink supply, air quantity and beam shape can also be independently adjusted, giving the user maximum control over the result.

The gun is suitable for:

• topcoats and covercoats, acrylic and waterborne paints
• primers or fillers with lower viscosity
• use in car repair shops, body shops, carpentry workshops
• painting of smaller parts, furniture, metal elements and structures

Thanks to the low spray pressure, overspray is reduced, which not only saves paint, but also the operator's health and improves the working environment. The SGH827-14 is therefore suitable where spray quality and economical operation must be combined .

💡 Tip for a perfect result:
For maximum quality, we recommend using dry and clean air, treated according to ISO 8573-1.
