Detailed information

Product detailed description

TAC-1000 Dry Compressed Air Oil Separator

  • activated carbon columns separate oil in the form of liquid and oil vapour from the compressed air
  • dry separation based on the principle of pressure adsorption on the surface and in the pores of activated carbon
  • body made of high quality carbon steel, flow control for constant delivery
  • residual oil content <0.003mg/m3; meets Class 0/1 for oil according to ISO 8573-1
  • operating temperature +1.5/+50 °C, working pressure 0-16 bar, low pressure gradient 20 mbar
  • recommended maintenance: check differential pressure once a month, change activated carbon cartridge once a year
  • designed for industrial enterprises with high demands on air quality - food industry, beverage industry, petrochemical industry, etc.
  • important note: for the use of TAC columns, a dust filter with a filtration capacity of 1 µm and a coalescing microfilter of 0.01 µm are required
  • reference conditions for flow measurement: temperature +20 °C, working pressure 7 bar. For conditions other than the reference, a correction factor must be used for the calculation - please contact our company.
