SGHX100 Spray Gun - Professional APS system for perfect spraying even in difficult conditions

The SGHX100 is designed for uncompromising daily deployment in environments where superior accuracy, long life and maximum application efficiency are required. This spray gun combines modern APS (Advanced Pressure System) technology with robust mechanical design and comfortable operation.

APS technology provides the advantages of the HVLP system - i.e. low dust and high transfer efficiency - but allows operation at higher pressures, which has a positive effect on the speed and quality of spraying even when applying thicker coatings. This makes the SGHX100 a versatile tool for priming and finishing.

Perfectly smooth paint guiding inside the gun together with a precision CNC machined nozzle and needle ensures exceptional atomization and even paint dispersion. The result is a consistent surface without streaks, spots or clouds - whether painting car bodies, MDF panels or complex profiles.

The design of the gun is fully adapted for demanding operation:

• The forged aluminium body is extremely resistant to damage and corrosion,

• protective exterior coating protects against aggressive paints and ensures a longer service life,

• PTFE seals provide a reliable seal even when working with aggressive solvents,

• silicon-free design is suitable for applications where silicon-free cleanliness is required (e.g. automotive),

• connection via standard DN7.2 quick coupling allows easy connection to a standard painting set-up.

Of course, the gun allows the user to control the ink supply, air pressure and beam shape, giving the user full control over the result.
