Lossless direct drive
Thanks to the direct connection of the screw block to the electric motor, the SCR-EPM series compressors operate without any energy loss in the gearbox. Compared to compressors with V-belts, gear or elastic clutches, there is no need for maintenance.
Liquid-cooled PM engine IE4
The SCR-EPM compressor range brings to the market a unique permanent magnet motor technology with independent liquid cooling, which, thanks to its design, has an extreme efficiency that far exceeds the IE4 efficiency requirements of IEC EN 60034 and exceeds the commonly used asynchronous motors by up to 5%.
Frequency converters with vector control
The SCR-EPM compressors are equipped with state-of-the-art INOVANCE frequency converters, which allow them to maintain the required output pressure and adapt the speed of the drive unit to the immediate needs of the compressed air supply.
SCR9000 electronic unit
The modern unit with 7" colour touch screen and communication in Czech language with perfect software allows many user settings, display of machine operation parameters and reporting of possible malfunctions.
Effective oil separation
The SCR-EPM series screw compressors are equipped with a highly efficient oil separation system that ensures perfect compressed air output quality with a peak oil content of < 3 ppm.
