Screw block
The SCR-D series compressors are equipped with highly efficient ALLY WIN screw blocks, which were designed in Germany and have several international patents. The low-speed operation of the screw blocks and the presence of high-end bearings contribute to the extremely long service life of both the blocks and the entire machine.
Efficient transmission via clutch
The SCR-D series screw compressors feature an advanced screw block connection to the main electric motor via an elastic coupling, ensuring high power transfer from the motor with minimal losses in the gear train.
Electronic control unit SCR9000
The modern unit with 7" colour touch screen and communication in Czech language with perfect software allows many user settings, display of machine operation parameters and reporting of possible malfunctions.
Effective oil separation
Thanks to the three-stage oil separation by centrifugal force, gravity and a separation filter, the compressor outlet is highly treated compressed air with an oil content of <3 mg/m3.
No rubber hoses
On SCR-D compressors you will find only metal pipes and hoses instead of traditional rubber hoses. This saves you money on hose replacements in the future and eliminates the risk of hose rupture and subsequent air or oil leaks as much as possible.
Efficient machine cooling
SCR-D compressors are equipped with an efficient fan and a generously sized air and oil cooler. This solution allows the compressor to operate at temperatures up to +45 °C and with a very low outlet air temperature.
