Direct drive 1:1
The SCR-PM2 series compressors are equipped with highly efficient ALLY WIN screw blocks, which were designed in Germany and have several international patents. The screw block is connected directly to the main electric motor by a tapered coupling, so that there are no losses in the gear train.
IE4 permanent magnet motor
The permanent magnet electric motors used are modern motors with very high efficiency IE4 according to IEC EN 60034, which increases the motor efficiency by up to 5% compared to the motors used in conventional compressors. In addition, the motors are perfectly oil-cooled even at low speeds and thanks to the high IP65 electrical protection, they offer perfect protection against dust and moisture. In addition, the PM motor design does not contain any bearings, which eliminates the maintenance aspect of the motor.
Continuous speed control
Thanks to the infinitely variable speed control of the frequency converter, considerable savings are made, especially by eliminating idling and the ability to adjust the compressor output pressure.
Electronic control unit
The compressors are equipped with an electronic control unit SOP-20 with monochrome display and push-button control. The SOP-20 unit automatically controls the operation of the machine, informs about its operating status and maintenance needs and is equipped with various user settings.
Effective oil separation
The SCR-PM2 compressors are equipped with a unique solution for separating the oil from the produced air, which occurs in the labyrinth structure of one of the chambers of the pressure vessel. This solution allows, above all, to significantly reduce the footprint of the machine.
Pipes instead of hoses
On SCR-PM2 compressors you will find only metal tubing instead of traditional flexible hoses. This saves you money on hose replacements in the future and eliminates the risk of hose rupture and subsequent air or oil leaks as much as possible.
Minimum installation area
The SCR-PM series is a revolutionary concept in terms of machine dimensions. The SCR-PM2 compressors are so small that they fit virtually anywhere and occupy an incredibly small installation area of up to 0.75m2.
Amazing maintenance comfort
The unique hinged cover ensures immediate and convenient access to all parts of the compressor. In addition, the machine is equipped with glycerine pressure gauges for easy pressure reading, an oil gauge on the outside or a hinged door for oil changes. Maintenance and servicing has never been so fast and space-friendly for service technicians.
