Turnkey compressor stations
We will design and supply a complete compressor station tailored to your operation — from calculating the air consumption, through the design and 3D visualisation, to installation and commissioning. You get the compressors, air treatment, pipework and control system as one working whole.
Compressed air quality treatment
We will ensure clean and dry air to match the demands of your production. We design and install refrigeration and adsorption dryers and multi-stage filtration — locally at the machine or centrally for the whole plant.
Pipework installation
We design and install distribution systems for compressed air, technical gases, vacuum and industrial cooling for halls, workshops and laboratories. We choose the material and sizing so that the pipework has minimum pressure losses and a long service life.
Technical gas separation
Produce your own nitrogen or oxygen straight from the ambient air. We supply PSA generators as well as solutions for biogas plants — you save on both the purchase and the transport of pressure cylinders.
Maintenance and 24/7 emergency service
Regular maintenance extends the service life of your machines and prevents unexpected downtime. If a failure occurs, we are here around the clock — we specialise in compressors of the Atlas Copco group (ABAC, MARK, Gentilin) and in the SCR, ATMOS and Walter brands.
Pressure vessel inspections
We carry out inspections, pressure tests and commissioning of pressure vessels in line with the regulations. We will also train your operators so that everything is legally in order.
Compressor and tool repairs
We repair and completely refurbish smaller piston compressors, dryers and workshop air tools. We give your machine its performance back for a fraction of the price of a new one.
Single-purpose machines and lines
We design and build a single-purpose machine or an automated line to order — with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and vacuum components including control programming.
Air parameter measurement
We measure the pressure, flow, temperature, humidity and oil content in your air with top-class instruments. You get an accurate picture of the state of the system and a basis for savings.
