Water-oil separators
Are you trying to protect the environment? Are you no stranger to ecology ? Water-oil separators ensure that the oil is separated from the water at the point of generation, thus creating a clean condensate that can be discharged into the sewage system. Untreated condensate cannot be poured directly into the sewer, but must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. We also offer replacement cartridges for the separators to ensure the most perfect separation of oil and water. More about separators in the sequel.

Why use water-oil separators?
Water is fast becoming one of the most expensive natural substances. That is why we must protect its purity and make sure that groundwater is not subject to pollution. Otherwise contaminated water will cause major and irreparable damage to nature.
How do separators work?
- first, the condensate from the compressor system enters the chamber where it is damped and separated from the air
- due to the centrifugal force, the condensate is guided along the walls of the inlet tube and then flows into the primary reservoir
- any impurities are trapped at the bottom of the primary tank
- then the condensate drains through the overflow into the main tank
- the oil is gradually separated by gravity from the condensate and a thick oil layer is formed on the water surface of the main tank
- oil is collected in an external oil container via an adjustable overflow
- the water then passes through a pre-filter where the coarser oil residues are collected
- the last oil residue is removed by an end filter containing activated carbon inserts
- oil-free water can finally be discharged from the separator into the sewer
Do you need other accessories?
- spare fillings for separators
- test papers
