Why is it necessary to filter compressed air?

The compressed air produced by your compressor - whether piston or screw - is not of good quality without post-treatment and is not suitable for many applications. This is because the compressor inlet filter only captures part of the mechanical impurities. However, they are not the only problem that degrades the quality of the produced air.

This harmful triple combination is causing great trouble for any equipment that is connected to the compressor. Pneumatic tools - over time, they lose power and increase consumption, corrode inside, destroy seals, clog holes, become stuck and negatively affect the quality of work.
