    AIRnet is a modern piping system that supports the compressor performance to the maximum. Installation is easy, fast and perfect. The whole system can be handled by one person, the procedure is intuitive and only in a few steps. Smart design AIRnet is the bright future of piping.     The AIRnet piping system is made exclusively of materials that are not subject to corrosion, which brings the following advantages:

    • elimination of the risk of pollution
    • compressed air is delivered in constant quality from the compressor to the point of use
    • ensures the required pressure in the piping system
    • reduces pipeline maintenance costs
    • protects against possible production interruptions

    The use of a perfectly smooth surface inside the AIRnet parts ensures:

    • almost no air turbulence
    • minimum pressure drop

    A complete solution

    The AIRnet piping system offers a complete air supply solution
    from the compressor to the final point of consumption. The system is formed
    aluminium tubes and composite or aluminium couplings
    with clearances from 20 to 158 mm (3/4" to 6") and includes a range of
    necessary mounting accessories.

    High resistance of the material

    The AIRnet piping system is resistant to corrosion, mechanical shocks,
    temperature fluctuations and weather conditions.

    Quick installation

    • the aluminium tubes used by AIRnet are very robust
      yet lightweight and easy to machine when cutting them
    • the system can usually be installed by one technician without
      special training
    • polymer couplings ensure a perfect connection and for joining the system
      no welding, gluing or pressing required
    • dimensions up to 25 mm (1") diameter can be joined by hand with perfect
      tightness
    • the distribution can be pressurized immediately after installation, which reduces unnecessary time
      waiting for operation to start

    AIRnet uses a single mounting method for all diameters to ensure the shortest possible assembly time, from 1.5 minutes for the smallest to 4 minutes for the largest diameters.

    AIRnet 10-year warranty

    Due to the high quality of the AIRnet piping system, we provide our customers with a 10-year warranty on AIRnet couplings and aluminium pipes against any damage resulting from material defects.

    Conditions for applying the guarantee:

    • use only original spare parts
    • perform the installation according to the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines
    • protect the AIRnet piping system against shock, vibration and corrosive environments
    • damaged parts must be submitted for inspection and claim resolution
    • AIRnet warranty is limited to component replacement only
    • complaint requests are handled exclusively by the importer of the system or its authorised service centre
    • this 10-year warranty is limited to the provision of a new coupling or pipe and is subject to our determination as to whether the defect is due to a manufacturing defect

    System AIRnet

    • smooth surface
    • low coefficient of friction
    • low pressure drop (e.g. for pipelines with a length of
      400 m and a clearance of 50 mm / 2" is at a pressure of 7 bar
      and a flow rate of 110 l/s pressure gradient of only 0.2 bar)
    • corrosion-resistant aluminium tubes and polymer fittings
    • no risk of corrosion when cutting aluminium and very low leakage
      air through the material of the fitting or pipe
    • low pipe weight (e.g. for a diameter of 50 mm the pipe weighs
      only 5 kg)
    • fast cutting of aluminum tubes
    • quick and easy deburring of tubes; tubes can be easily slid into couplings
    • couplings can be tightened manually and secured with a key
    • modifications to the piping are easy: fittings and pipes can be
      easily dismantled and reused
    • standard blue (compressed air) or green (inert gases)
      pipes for easy identification of pipes

    Common galvanized pipes

    • rough surface
    • the coefficient of friction is almost double
    • high pressure drop (e.g. for a 400 m long pipe with a clearance of
      50 mm / 2" is a pressure gradient of 0.37 bar at a pressure of 7 bar and a flow rate of 110 l/s)
    • corrosion protection depends on the quality of the electroplating
    • the galvanization is broken when cutting pipes; in places where the
      condensate is deposited there is a high risk of air leaks
    • high pipe weight (e.g. for a diameter of 50 mm the pipe weighs
      more than 25 kg)
    • very long manual cutting time, electric knife can create
      metal dust
    • experience is required to assemble it perfectly
      close connection
    • galvanized couplings must be tightened with a wrench, risk
      leakage depends on the quality of the thread
    • modifications to the piping are often difficult: after dismantling, the pipes must be
      cut, replace, fit and refit to the circuit
    • the pipes need to be painted additionally
