Four criteria - four reasons to trustThe main properties and requirements of oils could be summarized in four basic areas. The first requirement is to provide cooling, during compression the oil cools the compressor block to protect it against damage or failure. Another requirement is optimising operation, which in a nutshell means ensuring sufficient viscosity so that all moving parts slow down ageing and wear as much as possible. The penultimate criterion is to keep it clean - good oil eliminates impurities generated during compressor operation and thus protects it from damage. The last feature is sealing, as excellent sealing can help energy efficiency. |
Oils for every areaThe Rotair oil product range consists of a total of 4 products. Rotair Classic Oil is suitable for all compressors up to 30 kW with an annual run-up of up to 2,000 motor hours. The Rotair Plus is great for compressors with an annual ramp-up of 2,000 to 4,000 MH and the Rotair Extra was created for the most demanding conditions with an annual ramp-up of more than 8,000 MH. In addition, Rotair FoodGrade, a special industrial lubricant for applications that must not come into contact with oil, sits alongside. |
