Dew point sensor measuring chamber - ADRY-MK
Operating cycles of ADRY adsorption dryers
A-DRY dryers can operate in two operating modes depending on the settings of the control unit.
Fixed cycle mode
Switching between columns is controlled by a timer. Thanks to the high quality adsorbent and advanced control method, the adsorption cycle is extended to 10 minutes, resulting in fewer changeovers, thereby reducing compressed air consumption and less wear and tear on critical components.
Variable cycle mode
(Dew point dependent switching) When the dew point sensor is connected to the control unit, the adsorption duration can be extended based on the sensor sensing, while regeneration is realized in 4 minutes. An adsorption dryer in variable cycle mode can reduce the average cleaning air consumption to an extremely low value (below 3%).
