Clean Air CNR-5,5-270FT oil-free compressor
The Clean Air CNR series compressor in oil-free design with direct connection of the electric motor to the CNR compressor unit with a suction capacity of 660 l/min is designed primarily for medical applications as an alternative to scroll compressors, but also for other applications with the need for completely oil-free air. The compressor has the following benefits and standard equipment:
- supply of oil-free air with TÜV certification according to ISO 8573-1 class 0
- two-piston compressor unit with pistons arranged in V
- patented stainless steel valves for unit life up to 16000 MH
- high-efficiency suction filter with folded paper insert
- lossless direct drive between electric motor and compressor unit
- attachment of the compressor to the airbox via anti-vibration silentblocks
- low speed 1500 rpm electric motor for quieter and more efficient operation
- automatic operation control by means of electronic control unit Infologic 2
- display of temperature, pressure, MH status, maintenance signals and other information on the monochrome display of the control unit
