AIRnet - Pipe System with Easy Installation
Revolution in Air DistributionPiping systems designed for compressed air (blue) and inert gases (green) branded AIRnet are a modern and reliable alternative for air piping. They outdo their competition in several features, whether it is ease of handling, low weight, or absolutely simple joining. Compared to steel pipes, they are also a more economically advantageous option that does not corrode and its installation does not require any special tools. You only need your own hands and possibly standard "home" tools. |
Collaboration of Aluminum and PolymerWhat makes AIRnet so special? The entire piping system is exclusively made from materials that do not corrode, which brings additional associated benefits, such as eliminating the risk of contamination or a maximum operating pressure of PN13 for temperatures between -20 and 70 °C, with the lowest dew point reaching -70 °C. The entire system is composed of aluminum pipes and polymer fittings with diameters ranging from 20 to 100 mm (3/4" to 4"). The perfectly smooth surface inside the pipe prevents air from circulating inside (the friction coefficient has been reduced by almost half compared to a galvanized pipe), which also results in minimal pressure drops, saving both the compressor and your wallet. |
Installation Without a Drop of SweatAnother major advantage of AIRnet is its high compatibility and easy installation. The system can be connected to the vast majority of existing piping, and its installation can be done by one technician due to its light weight (about 5 kg for a 50 mm diameter) without special training and with the use of polymer fittings, no welding, gluing, or crimping is needed. The connection to the fitting itself is also extremely quick, taking on average 2-3 minutes. |
Other Advantages:
- 10-year warranty
- quick cutting of aluminum pipes
- quick and easy deburring of pipes - pipes can be easily inserted into fittings
- easy modifications of distributions - fittings and pipes can be easily disassembled and reused
