Professional cast iron compressor ABAC - CA1-5,5-500FT
The Pro Line CA1 two-stage compressor in oil-lubricated design is designed for heavy-duty and continuous use in workshop and production applications. The compressor unit, with cylinders and heads made entirely of cast iron, operates at extremely low speeds, ensuring very low operating temperatures and providing extreme performance and long machine life. The connection between the electric motor and the CA1 compressor unit is made by V-belts. The machine has the following benefits and standard equipment:
- two-stage design with cast iron compressor with high compression efficiency
- aftercooler at compressor outlet and finned discharge pipe to reduce air temperature
- oil reservoir equipped with oil gauge for easy reading of oil level
- suction filters with folded paper insert for higher air suction efficiency and reduced noise
- automatic operation control by means of a high-end Condor pressure switch
- electric motor equipped with temperature protection
- pressure gauge for reading the pressure in the air tank
- 500 litre horizontal air receiver with condensate drain valve
- rubber bases for total vibration dampening of the machine

We provide a standard warranty period of 2 years with the possibility of extending it to 3 years and a 10-year warranty on the rusting of the pressure vessel.
