Professional cast iron compressor ABAC - CA1-2x5,5-500FT
The tandem compressor from the Pro Line CA1 series in oil lubricated design is designed for very demanding and continuous use in workshop and production applications with varying air consumption during individual work shifts. The machine is equipped with two Pro Line CA1 compressor units with cylinders and heads completely made of cast iron and operating at extremely low speeds, ensuring very low operating temperatures and providing extreme performance and long machine life. The connection of the electric motors to the CA1 compressor units is made by V-belts. The machine has the following benefits and standard equipment:
- two-stage design with cast iron compressors with high compression efficiency
- aftercoolers on compressor outlets and finned discharge pipes to reduce air temperature
- oil reservoirs are equipped with an oil gauge for easy reading of the oil level
- suction filters with folded paper insert for higher air suction efficiency and reduced noise
- automatic operation control by means of a high-end Condor pressure switch
- electric motors equipped with temperature protection
- pressure gauge for reading the pressure in the air tank
- 500 litre horizontal air receiver with condensate drain valve
- rubber bases for total vibration dampening of the machine

We provide a standard warranty period of 2 years with the possibility of extending it to 3 years and a 10-year warranty on the rusting of the pressure vessel.
