Separate compressor on base frame - A49B-3-T
The Pro Line portable compressor, consisting of a two-stage compressor unit mounted on a base frame, can be used as an auxiliary air source for seasonal fluctuations in consumption, to cover short-term peaks, as a back-up solution or for mounting on its own pressure vessel. The machine is equipped with a 400 V electric motor with an input power of 3 kW and is connected to an A49B compressor unit providing a suction power of 553 l/min and a pressure of 11 bar via V-belts. The compressor also has the following features and equipment:
- two-stage design with high compression efficiency
- aftercooler at the compressor outlet to reduce the air temperature
- oil reservoir equipped with oil gauge for easy reading of oil level
- electric motor equipped with temperature protection
- solenoid valve for controlling the start relief
- without airbox, mounted on a base frame
- the base frame is equipped with rubber bases for vibration damping
Note - the compressor is not equipped with a pressure switch, a custom electrical circuit is required to control it.
