Shopping with us takes just a few minutes. Our mascot Ventilek will guide you step by step – from finding the product to sending the order. And if you get stuck, at the end you will find frequently asked questions and the contact details of our technicians.

Find your product
Ventilek advises Type the name or the type into the search box at the top – for example “24 l compressor” or a specific model. The suggestions will offer you products and categories straight away. Not sure? Have a look at the categories in the menu.

Choose from the range
Ventilek advises In the category you can sort and filter the goods (by output, pressure, tank volume or price). For every product you can see the stock availability and customer ratings straight away.

Add the goods to your basket
Ventilek advises Click Add to basket on the product you have chosen. A confirmation pops up that the item has been added and we immediately offer you suitable accessories – oils, filters, hoses or quick couplings.

Check your basket
Ventilek advises In the basket check the number of pieces and the total price. You can also see how much is left to free delivery (from 5 000 Kč). If everything is correct, click the green Continue button.

Enter delivery and payment and send the order
Ventilek advises Choose the delivery and payment method (delivery to your address, personal collection, QR bank transfer, card online or cash on delivery), fill in your details and send the order. Done! The confirmation will arrive in your e-mail right away.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you dispatch the order?
Goods we have in stock are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. You can see the current availability with every product.
What payment methods do you offer?
A fast QR bank transfer, online card payment, cash on delivery and a classic bank transfer. For companies we issue an invoice with the company ID and VAT number.
Can I collect the goods in person?
Yes. Personal collection at our premises in Žebrák is free of charge – simply select it in the basket as the delivery method.
Will I get an invoice (tax document)?
Yes. After you send the order you will find the tax document in your customer account, or it will be sent to you by e-mail.
I am buying for a company (company ID). How do I do it?
Fill in the billing details including the company ID and VAT number in the order. We will issue the invoice to the company.
I need advice on choosing a compressor.
