    The filters are used to remove the smallest mechanical impurities from compressed air up to 0.1 um and oil according to ISO 8573-1 class 2. Connection by flange with DN150 clearance. Designed for flow rates up to 105,000 l/min. Special corrosion-preventing coating for long life of the borosilicate microfibre filter. Automatic condensate drain must be ordered separately.

    Flange filters BFM-0600 - microfiltration up to 0,1 um

    • filters designed to effectively remove solid impurities, oil, water, hydrocarbons, odours and vapours from compressed air
    • welded carbon steel body complying with PED 97/23ES, flange connection
    • operating temperature range +1.5 to +65 °C, maximum working pressure 16 bar
    • filter cartridge replacement intervals - once a year or when the pressure gradient reaches 350 mbar; grade A every 6 months
    • scope of delivery - filter body and filter cartridge, without condensate drain - order separately
    • reference flow conditions: temperature +20 °C, working pressure 7 bar; for other conditions a correction factor must be used for calculation - please contact us
