piping system with easy installation
Revolution in compressed air distributionPipelines designed for compressed air (blue) and inert gases (green) of the brand AIRnet are a modern and reliable option for air ducting. They outperform their competitors in several areas, be it easy handling, low weight or absolutely effortless joining. Compared to steel pipes, it is also a more economical option, which is not subject to corrosion and its installation does not require any special tools. All you need are your own hands and possibly classic "home" tools. |

Cooperation of aluminium and polymerWhat is so special about AIRnet? The entire piping system is exclusively made of materials that are not subject to corrosion, which brings additional associated benefits such as eliminating the risk of contamination or a maximum operating pressure of PN13 for temperatures between -20 and 70°C, with a lowest dew point as low as -70°C. The entire system consists of aluminium pipes and polymer couplings with clearances from 20 to 100 mm (3/4" to 4"). The perfectly smooth surface inside the pipe does not allow air to circulate inside (the coefficient of friction is reduced by almost half compared to galvanized pipe), thus also achieving a minimum pressure gradient, which saves both the compressor and your wallet. |
Installation without a drop of sweatAnother great advantage of AIRnet is its high compatibility and ease of installation. The system can be connected to the vast majority of existing pipelines, its light weight (approx. 5 kg for 50 mm diameter) makes it easy to assemble by a single technician without special training, and no welding, gluing or pressing is required when using polymer couplings. The connection to the coupling itself is extremely fast and takes on average 2-3 minutes. |

Another advantage of AirNet piping:
- 10 year warranty
- fast cutting of aluminum tubes
- quick and easy pipe deburring - pipes can be easily slid into the couplings
- piping modifications are easy - fittings and pipes can be easily dismantled and reused
