The function of the EMD12 series electronic condensate drain is based on non-contact measurement of the condensate level and its discharge without any loss of compressed air. The EMD12 series is made of polyamide. The operating principles of the EMD12 are identical to those of the old ECDB series. | AOK20B series condensate drainers are designed for automatic drainage of condensate from filter vessels, pressure vessels and cyclone separator vessels. These condensate drainers allow the drainage of large quantities of condensate (up to 300 l/h) and operation at pressures up to 20 bar. When the condensate level is elevated, a float inside the aluminium drain valve opens the valve and discharges the accumulated condensate into the drain pipe. The drain valve closes automatically when the condensate level drops, which prevents compressed air leaks. | Condensate should be collected in a suitable container. The time release of the solenoid valve is controlled by electronics built into the plastic housing of the solenoid valve. The time release of the valve can be set according to the needs of the system and depends on the amount of condensate accumulated. The adjustable timed opening of the solenoid valve ensures complete discharge of accumulated condensate. |
