    The FDRY-2000 Adsorption Dryer is designed for continuous separation of water vapour from compressed air with a flow rate of up to 26,000 l/min at a maximum pressure of 16 bar and pressure dew point reduction down to -70°C. Adsorption under pressure occurs in the first column, while the second column regenerates using some of the already dried air, which is purged and vented to the surroundings. Outdoor installations; processes in the food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries with very high dry air requirements.

    FDRY-2000 Compressed Air Compressor Adsorption Dryer

    • adsorption dryers for perfect removal of moisture from compressed air
    • pressure dew point -40 °C as standard, also available with dew point -70 °C on request
    • operation control by SIEMENS control unit, optionally with control system with dew point control
    • bDRY dryers are supplied with an inlet microfilter and an outlet dust filter
    • designed for industrial plants with high air quality requirements
    • important note: adsorption dryers require up to 20% of the air supply to operate
    • note: dryers are equipped with webserver access
    • reference conditions for flow measurement: temperature +20 °C, inlet air +35 °C, working pressure 7 bar, dew point -40 °C. For conditions other than the reference, a correction factor must be used for the calculation - please contact our company.

    Alfa and Omega from Slovenia

    In the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, there is a company specialized in compressed air treatment, production of industrial filters and filter inserts, separators or special membrane dryers and other products. Omega Air was founded in 1988 as a family business and soon secured a place in the industry.
