    Since its inception in 1980, ABAC has been one of the most important manufacturers of piston compressors on the world market. Currently, the ABAC brand is owned by ATLAS COPCO, the largest compressor manufacturer in the world, and is incorporated into the multinational group PAD (Professional Air Division). The goal of the ABAC brand is to become the world leader in the development, production, and sale of piston compressors.

    Production

    ABAC compressors are manufactured in 5 production centers worldwide, with an annual production reaching nearly 2 million manufactured compressors. The parent plant of the ABAC brand in Turin, Italy, employs about 250 employees and focuses primarily on the design and production of professional compressors with belt drives with a daily production capacity of over 600 machines. The ABAC plant also boasts a large warehouse capacity with several thousand compressors available for immediate delivery.

The efforts of our designers have resulted in features such as an aerodynamic pulley cover to reduce temperature by up to 35°C, the revolutionary compressor with XPAND hose reel, or oil-free compressors with PRO LINE ZERO belt drives.
